Flip Jaszczak

Dr Filip Jaszczak DVM CertAVP MRCVS

Clinical Director

Filip comes from a lovely seaside resort called Sopot in Poland, but has been living locally since 2006 and has been working at Marske Veterinary Practice since August 2007.

He graduated from Olsztyn University in 2004 achieving the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine title. Whilst working full time at the practice, after hundreds of hours studying, in July 2015 Filip was awarded the RCVS Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice and keeps on studying to further expand his knowledge. He has an interest in all aspects of veterinary medicine and looking to expand his knowledge in the area of veterinary ophthalmology

Filip has got two children and two oriental rescued cats. In his rare spare time Filip enjoys cycling and thinks the local area is a heaven for outdoor sports. He also enjoys reading, mostly about science and world history. He also likes good music, but hates dancing.


Giorgia Bartocci

Dr Giorgia Bartocci DVM MRCVS

Giorgia comes from Perugia in Central Italy, a city known for it’s chocolate and university which is Giorgia’s alma mater.

Giorgia graduated in 2013 with honours and then had six months internship at Perugia University, followed by working in a first opinion and emergency small animal veterinary practice.

During her final year at the University Giorgia won a scholarship from the famous Dick White Referrals in Cambridge to develop further knowledge in anaesthesia and pain management.

Giorgia joined Marske Veterinary Practice in May 2015. Giorgia’s professional interests are emergency medicine, critical care and internal medicine.

In her spare time Giorgia enjoys walking her black Labrador Penni, swimming and reading books about modern philosophy.


Elena Muzzoni

Dr Elena Muzzoni PhD MRCVS

Elena has graduated from University of Parma in 2003. After graduating she worked at various veterinary practices in Italy and in 2012 she has completed a PhD studies at Parma University studying lymphatic tumours in dogs

Elena has got additional qualification in cytology meaning that she is particularly skilled at working with the microscope and in a matter of minutes she can tell us what type of tumour the patient has or if the blood cells are fine.

Elena has been with us since July 2016, she enjoys all types of veterinary work and in particular dermatology and oncology.

In her spare time enjoys walking, and reading horror stories.


Claire Tamblyn

Dr Claire Tamblyn BVM BVS MRCVS

Claire is originally from Worcester and graduated from Nottingham University in 2012. She has settled now to the area, lives in Middlesbrough and follows the ‘Boro.

Claire loves all pets big and small and her love and dedication is rewarded with a large fan base of clients.

In 2015 Claire started studying towards RCVS Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice which takes a lot of time and dedication.

In Claire’s precious free time she enjoys playing squash and staying fit in the gym and participating in numerous sporting activities.

Claire has got a grumpy, old cat called Woolly which she inherited form one of our clients and looks after her parents dog Dillon (a very sweet Cockapoo) whenever she can.
